Is Better Tips free to use?
Yes. The Free plan includes the full report — hours, card tips, Square's fee and net tips for every employee — for a single user connected to one Square account, at no cost.
What does Pro add?
Pro turns your workspace into a team. Invite the people who run payroll with you; everyone shares the same Square connection and sees the same reports. You pay per seat, and you can add or remove people whenever you like.
How do I upgrade?
Sign in, open your team settings, and choose Pro. You can change or cancel anytime from the same page.
Does the price depend on how many tips I process?
No. Pricing is per seat, never a percentage of tips or sales.
